April 1, 2016 – Last day for each ORR boat to submit its application for a 2016 Northern California PHRF certificate (with its signed 2016 ORR certificate) to YRA, with a copy to PCYC. Any ORR boat submitting its NCPHRF application to YRA and PCYC after this date will incur an immediate late fee of $200, plus an additional late fee of $300 per week until the certificate is submitted.
