February 1, 2016 – Last day for each boat racing in a PHRF division to submit its application for a 2016 Northern California PHRF certificate to the Yacht Racing Association of San Francisco Bay (“YRA”), with a copy to PCYC. Any PHRF boat failing to submit to PCYC a copy of its submitted application by this date will incur an immediate late fee of $200, plus an additional late fee of $300 per week until a copy of the application is submitted. PHRF boats entering the Race after December 31, 2015 may request from PCYC a modified schedule for completion of the rating process. Boats that must be weighed and measured should submit their application on time with a notation specifying the date they will be weighed and measured.
