We love these guys at the rating board, we really do, but they have been sort of not as swift to provide ratings, much less amendments, as one might hope.  We are telling you this because it is your responsibility to show up with a rating, and if you have not submitted your information by this date there will not be much sympathy for you if you do not have one by the time of the race.
