Each PHRF boat and each ORR boat competing for the Pacific Cup shall submit its NCPHRF certificate by this date or shall be assessed an immediate $200 late fee plus $30 per day late.<br>Exception: ORR boats based outside the Bay Area requiring weighing or in-water measurements by certified measurer in Northern California will receive a modified deadline.
