May 1, 2016 – Last day for each PHRF boat and each ORR boat to submit its signed 2016 NCPHRF certificate to PCYC. Any boat submitting its NCPHRF certificate to PCYC after this date will incur an immediate late fee of $200, plus an additional late fee of $300 per week until the certificate is submitted. Submission date and late fee exceptions for PHRF boats based outside the Bay Area requiring weighing and measuring will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by PCYC.
