Skipper's and Crew's Waiver forms due May 1

By the time you have sailed away, unless you have chosen your crew poorly, you will be hundreds of miles away from the nearest lawyer.  Nonetheless, lawyers are with us always.  One legal obligation you must fulfill before participating in the race is signing the Skipper’s Waiver and Release and the Crew’s similar documents.  These may be found conveniently on the links below. The skipper’s page is due to Bobbi Tosse by May 1.  The crew’s pages are due May 1 also, but may be updated till July 1.  The skipper does not also need to do a crew form.

 These should be faxed  (925-906-9282), scanned and emailed to PCYCrecords@gmail.com, or mailed to PACIFIC CUP YACHT CLUB, c/o Bobbi Tosse, 817 Hawthorne Dr, Walnut Creek, CA 94596.
