I lived on my own Alberg 35 in the 70's and sailed her from New England to Fla offshore. Did the return trip few years later on a friend's boat. Skippered my own Nonsuch 26 in the '98 HaHa, then on to La Paz. In '06 I helped a friend sail his Nonsuch 30 to Santa Babara
I sail my Nonsuch out of the Richmond Yacht Club, am in extremely good health, and am a practicing primary care and integrative medicine physician.
I consider myself a very good driver, pretty fair navigator and get along well with others in tight situations.
