Rating system for 2008?

For those boats that were faster than the 2006 PHRF allowance and were forced to use a modified Americap, does anyone know what will be used for 2008? It seems Americap is all but dead.

Most agree that the ratings used for at least the past two races did a very good job of handicaping the fleet. While we have not made any final decisions, I would not expect a major change. Americap (now ORR) is not quite "dead". The recent "Newport Harbor to Cabo San Lucas" race was 100% ORR and had 52 boats racing!!
