I have looked over the USSailing website callender and don't see anything in the SF area. Are there any safety at sea seminars before the race locally?

October 10 Prep Seminar question
I see registration opens at 0900, but the seminar is described as going from 0830-2030. What is a good "arrive by" time, for us out-of-towners driving up that morning?
(Leaving at 0300 versus 0500 has a great impact on my ability to remain lucid through 2030!)
