I was planning on taking the safety at sea seminar on Sept 19th-20th in Hampton VA. It is not clear to me if this seminar would quality for the PacCup. Anybody know?

US Sailing Approved?

Our rules have always been (and will be for 2010) that the seminar needs to be a USSailing approved one. That one by the Carib 1500 looks great, but it's not clear that it's been signed off by US Sailing as a "Safety Seminar"

The seminar looks rather like our Preparation Seminars, actually, (which we also think are great).

We've just selected October 10 as the date for the first one of these. Email blast to follow.

In my day, things weren't so new!
