I was a bit disappointed not to find a link to the ISAF
Special reg's extracts in the NOR. These are possibly the most important information needed by any one preparing their boat for the race. As a past participant and an inspector for the '08 race could you please confirm that the extracts for monohulls can be found at http://www.ussailing.org/safety/ISAF/0809_Cat1mono.asp ? If this is correct could you please create a link in the NOR ?
Also why is there no contact info on any of the web sites or pages ? I would prefer to ask question of a person and not necessarily to a forum.

First, that link you put in appears to be quite correct. Kudos to USSailing for finally adding their prescriptions into the same text.

Second, we will add the contact information in a far more obvious location. Thanks for pointing out the oversight.
