Our technical committee has outdone itself this race cycle with the most timely completion of a Notice of Race in recollected history. The NOR contains the basic race structure as well as the equipment and preparation requirements in addition to those required for a Category 1 race in the Offshore Special Regulations (with US Prescriptions)
Please note that there is a minor amendment to the Notice, easing a couple of requirements.
