I have been sailing since I was quite young. I grew up sailing in Northern Michigan; was on the sailing team at the University of Kansas, sailing 420's; have been racing Melges 24's and leisurely sailing on the Bay for the past four years; and have recently completed a 20-day SF to Southern Mexico voyage on a 34' Bristol with one other woman. I am by no means an expert, but I have been around boats for some time and I am very hard-working, passionate towards my commitments, and am excited to be on the water and sail! I am a 28 year old female and am an architect by trade. I am very excited for the chance to join your team for the 2012 TransPac!
