Captains--Find yourself needing a crew member. I have a few years of 12 meter, The Valiant, race experience. I have done a lot of coastal racing. I owned an Erickson 27 and did a great deal of costal sailing. I have not done much sailing lately, but have the skills to help you get to Hawaii. I'm a respectable school teacher who's looking for a midlife adventure. I have a small ego and am willing to haul, trim, hoist, cook or whatever needed to create a pleasant, successful week of racing.
