Planning for 2010 - Let'er rip!

Not too early to think about 2010!
Ø         This race is organized every other year by a band of very dedicated volunteers.  We are always looking for new people to get involved and help us put on the best event possible. 
Ø         Do you have an opinion regarding....
·          Whether or not to allow/require sat. phones?
·          Whether or not to require ssb radios?
·          How best to recruit sponsors?
·          Where to start/finish the race?
·          How to allocate the funds for the event?
·          How to start the double handed fleet?
·          Future safety/inspection requirements?
·          How many and what type of seminars to run?
·          How to market the event?
·          How to recruit participants?
