West Marine Pacific Cup
Starting with the 2006 WM Pacific Cup we are implementing an on line entry system to simplify this process and reduce the amount of paper work needed to enter this event. Unfortunately pen to paper signatures are still needed to complete this process. Therefore the system is broken into two parts.
Electronic On Line Entry System:
The links below allow an owner and/or skipper to provide the WM Pacific Cup Race Committee detailed information on their yacht in an electronic format. The necessary data is similar to what was required on paper in past events. See the Pre Race page for the 2006 West Marine Pacific Cup for the Notice of Race (NOR). In the future additional information and forms will be found here.[
A minimum set of information is required or you will not be able to submit your information to the database. These are highlighted in on the entry forms by shaded boxes (if the auto fill feature of your browser is turned off). Please provide as much information on these forms that is currently available. We understand that crew details are not usually at the early stage of an entry but the race history of the owner/skipper and the yacht are used to determine eligibility as specified in the Notice of Race. The more information that is provided the faster the entry will be approved.
There will be some minor changes and an additional page to fill out in the near future. An entrant will be informed by email when these changes occur or if additional information needs to be provided. During this process you will chose a login in ID and password so you can return to your entry to update you information. Please make note of these choices.

Paper Snail Mail Entry Forms:
As mentioned above there are still two paper forms that need to be signed and mailed to the PCYC along with the appropriate entry fee. These forms are provided in both PDF and MS Word format for download. Please fill these out and mail them in with your check for the entry fee.
So here is the drill:
Step 1
Fill out as much information as you can in the on line system. The more the better. Go to the On Line System Initial Login page to begin this process. There are three pages. You can skip over any information that is not currently available EXCEPT those items in the highlighted boxes.
Step 2
Download the simplified Entry Form in either the PDF format or MS - Word® format (right click and save target for this file), fill it out and mail it in with your entry fee. The address is:

Entry fees are determined by the when the entry is submitted. If the short entry form and check are postmarked before the deadline in the Notice of Race these fees apply:

In the future you will probably need to return to the on line entry system to either update or change your information. You can use this link to the return login page for to gain access to your information. You can only use this link if you have already filled out an entry as described above. You will need your User ID and Password that you provided in the initial process. When you do the initial entry please make a note of these.
