BIG, BEAUTIFUL LEI GARLANDS
AVAILABLE FOR ARRIVING YACHTS
KANEOHE - As in years past, big, fresh, lei garlands may be ordered to welcome the yachts that arrive this summer in the West Marine Pacific Cup race.
The popular 12-foot-long boat lei are handcrafted with ti leaves (for protection), fragrant laua`e ferns, colorful croton, and tropical blossoms, depending on what is in season.
Volunteer members of the Koolauloa Hawaiian Civic Club and the Kaneohe Yacht Club gather the material from the moist and sunny mountains and valleys of Oahu and fashion each lei into an original work of art.

Each boat lei is made to order. When you see one, you'll want one.
Plan now to order one or more for your favorite boat. The price is $75 each and includes prompt delivery directly to the boat on arrival at Kaneohe Yacht Club unless other arrangements are made.
To order, look for an order form in the race packet or use the information at the bottom of this page.
You may also order by sending payment and information to OELEN, P.O. Box 574, Kaaawa, HI 96730. Check, money order, VISA and MasterCard payments are accepted. Include quantity, your name, mailing address, phone, email, and the correctly spelled yacht's name. Email your order anytime to rebekahluke@hawaii.rr.com.
Telephone orders will be taken after July 1. To telephone your order, call 808-237-7185 (ask for Rebekah).
Please pre-order at least three days in advance.
